Briggs Ranch is centrally located in Folsom, just west of Empire Ranch and close to Highway 50. It is one of many neighborhoods in the area, all running into one another, however Briggs Ranch was built in the late ‘80s and ‘90s, giving it more time to establish and cultivate its lush trees and parks.
